How do we protect your information?

We take reasonable security precautions to secure the PII that you choose to provide against the loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorized access of such information. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about Site traffic and Site interaction so that we can offer better Site experiences and tools in the future. Please be aware that if you turn cookies off, some of the features that make your Site experience more efficient may not function properly.

All users of the Site may update or modify the PII previously submitted to us at any time by emailing us at info@mariasmiracle.org. If you ask that we stop using your PII, we will take reasonable steps to honor that request on a prospective basis. However, we may retain records of your PII for analytical purposes, record-keeping integrity, to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, or as needed in order to comply with applicable federal, state, or local law. In addition, if certain PII has already been provided to third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the data is also deleted by such third parties.

Although we do not knowingly request PII from residents of the European Union, if you reside in the European Union, you may have additional rights of privacy, including the right of access, the right of rectification, the right not to consent or to withdraw consent, the right of erasure, the right to object to processing, and the right to restrict processing.  See more at:  https://www.gdprsummary.com/gdpr-summary/
